Shipping Policy

strong>How much will the postage cost

The cost of shipping (Postage and Packing) is calculated by the shopping cart script using Royal Mail National and International tariffs. Postage is calculated and the total cost of purchase is presented to you after you have entered your address, but well before you submit your card details. Postage/Shipping estimator is available when you go to checkout. At this stage you may abandon the purchase if you wish or carry on with the purchase without any obligations.

How long will the parcel take?

We endeavour to dispatch the order whithin 12 hours subject to successful proccesing of your card details by WorldPay or PayPal. You may therefore expect to see your parcel at your doorstep 3-5 working days whithin UK, 4-7 working days for Europe (but can be as quick as 3-5 days) and 10-12 days for the rest of the World (but can be as quick as 5-8 days)

Type of service availalble

You will be prompted to use one of the following: 1st Class (UK),-- Parcels (UK),-- AIR Mail overseas. The cheapest option for UK is 1st Class in terms of cost and speed. We keep Proof of Posting for all parcels dispatched However claims for missing parcels must be communicated to us within 15 days as we can't instigated a claim against Royal Mail once certain time has passed..

Lost or missing parcels

In the event that the parcel goes missing you must let us know no later than 15 days from the date you placed an order. Royal Mail will only compensate for a lost parcel if the claim was submmited within 30 days from the date the parcel was posted. Upon successful claim for (which we will undertake on your behalf) you will be offered a full refund or replacement of goods.

If however the parcel goes missing because you supplied us with incorrect address/postal code, or you specifically requested us to write on the parcel for it to be left in a location of your choice because you may not be in, then we can not take responsibility for any loss and will not be able to claim or refund your loss, unless ofcourse in the instance where the incorrect address was supplied and if the parcel was returned to us by Royal Mail we will charge additional postage to re-send the parcel to correct address or refund you less the postage cost.

Damaged Goods or incorrectly ordered goods

If the goods you ordered arrive damaged we would ask you to take a photograph so that we can claim from Royal Mail. In odd cases the despenser pump only may be damaged and we are able to replace those for you free of charge.

Incorrect order

If we send you an incorrect order then we will ask you to return the order and refund you the postage and replace the order with a correct item/s with no further cost to you.

If however you placed an incorrect order and we sent you what you ordered, then we will be happy to take the goods back, but you will be responsible for paying the postage and packing. We can then refund you and you will have to place another order to order the correct goods. Unreasonable requests

Very often we get a request for the parcel to be delivered during Office Hours excluding Lunch hour. We do not control Royal Mail delivery schedules and as such any such request will be ignored.
